2. Accounts. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activities under your account.
3. Course Access & License. Upon purchase, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the course materials for personal or internal business education.
4. Payments & Taxes. Prices are shown in USD unless noted. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected method. You are responsible for applicable taxes.
5. Refunds. Self-paced: 7-day window if under 20% progress. Cohorts: request before the second live session. Certain promotions may be final sale if clearly stated.
6. Acceptable Use. Do not share login credentials, scrape content, upload unlawful materials, or harass other learners. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
7. Intellectual Property. All site content is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not reproduce or create derivative works without permission.
8. Disclaimers. Courses provide educational information, not legal, medical, or financial advice. Results vary with effort, market, and context.
9. Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
